Return Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Our refund policy is 7 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
      • We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

                         + You receive an incorrect item

                         + Your order contains damaged product(s)

                         + Your order has a printing mistake

                         + Part of your order is missing from the book access link.

                         + The E-book you downloaded is not as advertised.

                         + Duplicated orders which are purchased accidentally. We only refund one of them. In theses cases, please send us an email to our customer service team and we will issue you a refund.  

 

  • We will NOT issue a full refund if your situation falls into one of these cases:
          • + You purchased the book subscription because you thought that this was a physical item. We have made it very clear that our products are electronic and in digital format in the description as well as the title of the product.
          • + You don’t need the book subscription anymore due to unforeseen circumstances.
          • + You wanted another title but mistook the course subscription you bought for that title. We have included in great detail the cover, title, ISBNs, Amazon description so there is no way that you can mistake this for another.
          • + The page numbers of the book subscription differ from those of the hardcopy. It is common knowledge that some types of book subscription (especially EPUB, MOBI, AZW) do not have the same page numbers as the their hardcopy counterparts. Please contact us first about the page numbers before purchasing. 

 

  • We stand behind our products 100%. We work with some of the best suppliers in the world, as well as select partners we believe to be unique in the marketplace. We’re confident that the book quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. We care about your satisfaction and our Customer Services Teams are always.

  • Email content clearly states the reason for return. Should attach photos if the product is defective by MonsterBookstore. We will review and reply to you as soon as possible.
  • If the book access links are defective due to our responsible, we will refund your product with Paypal money or Stripe.

When will you receive your refund?

  • Once the Customer Service has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt). All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection. If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
  • Method of refund: We will refund you via Paypal email or Stripe of customer.
