Q1: What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept payment using PayPal & Credit Card. You can pay directly through major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Simply checkout using the PayPal option, scroll down and register for a PayPal account to pay with regular credit card.
Q2: How do I download my file after I purchased the book?
- You can download files in two ways.
1. As soon as you purchasing the book, you will automatically receive an receipt sending from us via Email. In the receipt, it contains the file link.
2. As soon as you purchasing the book, go to “My Account” page. Then click the “Downloads” button on the “My Account” page.

Q3: When can I expect my order to arrive?
- You will automatically receive your order link after you purchasing the book. YOU DON’T HAVE TO WAIT! If you have questions about how to download the product, please check the solution for Q2 or send us a email via customerservice@monsterbookstore.com

Q4: Are there any physical books on our website?
- Currently, we are unable to fulfill shipments to physical addresses. We are NOT selling physical or paperback book.
- However we hope to provide this service in the near future.

- Monday to Friday: 9am – 10pm
Weekend: 10am – 8pm - We guarantee that we will reply to your email within 24 hours.

Return Policy
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a screenshot showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
I. We will give you a full refund if your situation falls into one of these 2 cases:
+ The E-book you downloaded is not as advertised.
+ Duplicated Orders which are purchased accidentally. We only refund one of them.
In theses cases, please send us an email to: customerservice@monsterbookstore.com and we will issue you a refund. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
II. We will NOT issue a full refund if your situation falls into one of these cases:
+ You purchased the E-book because you thought that this was a physical book. We have made it very clear that our products are electronic and not physical in the description as well as the title of the product.
+ You don’t need the E-book anymore due to unforeseen circumstances (dropping classes, professors changing books, etc.).
+ You wanted another title but mistook the E-book you bought for that title. We have included in great detail the cover, title, ISBNs, Amazon description of the E-book so there is no way that you can mistake this E-book for another.
+ The page numbers of the E-book differ from those of the hardcopy. It is common knowledge that some types of E-Book (especially EPUB, MOBI, AZW) do not have the same page numbers as the their hardcopy counterparts. Please contact us first about the page numbers before purchasing.
The refund money will be funded back to your Bank Account within 3 – 5 business days.
